I found Polished In Pink Nailery on Instagram and booked with Bria. So glad I did! I had the pleasure of experiencing my first pedicure with her today. Bria was so kind and paid very close attention to detail while doing my service. The shop is nice and cozy and everyone was so nice. Bria has gained a new client, because I'll be back-my pedicure looks amazing!

I booked a an appointment with Naaxlux. I had high expectations for this booking especially given this person is a childhood friend. I booked a half up half down style with bantuknots. The style looked amazing the the service was great. It wasn’t until it was brought to my attention by someone that they noticed the tracks in the back of the leave out was showing. I booked this style to last me for Easter so that was inconvenient. She agreed to fixing it the following Monday but that was no good since the style was for a holiday. Today I took out the braids from the style and notice that she only cut half my hair. She states that I only communicated just cutting the leave out part of my hair which I do not recall at all and even as a stylist why would you intentionally damage a clients hair especially after stating my hair was already “damaged”?. Even though the styling experience was wonderful the professionalism is terrible and now I have to cut my hair even shorter due to this experience and it wasn’t even resolved.

It’s a 5 star experience every time! The shop aesthetic is beautiful and fitting for the name. The owner and the other nail techs are all joyful and personable!! Yuri is my FAVEEE!! Shop vibes are UNMATCHED!
